Return Policy

All Hand Wrapped Butter Portions are perishable items and must be handled accordingly. To preserve the quality of our products, utmost care must be ensured with proper storage (refrigeration).

 

Cancelled Orders:

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
 

Undelivered Orders:  
Orders returned as “undelivered” will not be refunded; replacement products will not be free of charge.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure account information and address accuracy when interacting with Butter Emporium and placing orders.
 
Butter Emporium is not responsible for delivery address errors that may cause:
(a) Delayed arrival
(b) Spoilage
(C) Incorrect handling and/or storage of the product after delivery

 

Damaged Products:
If an order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 hours and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
 

Missing Products:
If an order arrives with items missing, please notify us within 3 hours and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
 

Incorrect Products Shipped:
If an order arrives with the wrong item(s), please notify us within 3 hours and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
To report a problem, please email customerservice@butteremporium.com and one of our care representatives will respond promptly.
It is important to include specific information in the message:
(a) Your name and address
(b) Order Details (order number, dates ordered/received, product description)
(c) Problem being reported (as detailed as possible)

(d) Daytime telephone number
